a Biblical thought...
What matters is not your outer appearance—the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes—but your inner disposition. Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in. (1 Peter 3:4-5)
a Book thought...
Anything worth pursuing is going to require great risk. (p97 Hybels)

'Guess Who?' was the name of the youth camp I have just returned from in Kangaroobie a camp located just 10 minutes from the famous 12 apostles. It was a lot of fun as 46 youth from the Western Vic division came together for the weekend. On Saturday arvo we conducted a 2Love leadership workshop and discovered some very gifted young leaders as we looked at some ideas and thoughts. Sunday was also a powerful time as young peoples lives were changed by the grace of God, and testimonies given.
Reflecting on the weekend it was once again the stories of transformed lives that grabbed my attention. There is still nothing that replaces testimonies from genuine people who have found Jesus and are willing to communicate it to others. John & James were two such teenage boys from Warrnambool who after they made a decision to follow Jesus during the morning session wanted to let others know all about it. These two guys like many others have a tough road ahead, and I pray that now they have the Holy Spirit to help them, and a community of believers spurring them on life won't ever be quite the same again.
Just a thought.
